After overcoming the difficulties connected to the period of transition followed to the division
of Soviet Union, last years Turkmenistan is showing important signs of economic growth which make it one of the most promising countries in the whole region of Central Asia.
This positive trend moreover is constantly nourished by exportations of gas and oil, the flows of which, constantly growing, guarantee for the country growing revenues in
hard currency.
